The main antique street market in northern Nevada is held in Reno on the third Sunday of each month, from April through November. The market runs from about 10 am through 4 pm.
It’s a free open air market located in heart of downtown Reno, on North Virginia Street, in the vicinity of the iconic Reno arch (pictured above) The market draws about 150 vintage and antique sellers offering a large assortment of items. In addition, there are several food and beverage trucks offering snacks, beer, cocktails—even full meals.
We visited the market in April, the first weekend it was open this year. It was quite busy, with hundreds if not thousands of people enjoying the nice spring day and looking for special items at a good price. Parking is free on Sundays in nearby downtown casino parking garages (e.g., El Dorado, Silver Legacy), and metered street spots are free on Sundays. You can bring your leashed dog along if you choose to.
