I’m pretty sure that the car is a 1956 Ford, not a 1955.

I think if you take a close look at the plates on the car you’ll see
“CUBA” Traveland Nature !!
Looks like one of the many Kit Cars that were fashionable in the 60s-70s-80s .
You bought a fibreglass body and a donor car. Usually an accident write off.
Changed over all the body parts and engine and you had a sports car for less than a few thousand dollars !
The car is a 1956 Ford Fairlane Town Sedan
Well, now I know why it looked a bit wrong to me…I was off by a year!
Oh good ! I can now take a week in the land of plenty – then a week in the land of rice and beans !
