Where In The World # 8.8. Some more clues

This is the place in question. Gumbo likes the look of this building, just over 100 year old. He likes the landscaping. To reach it he had to drive up this pretty lane....

Never being content with just a quick view, Gumbo walks around a bit and to the back of the building. This is what it looks like...

He walks through a lovely garden, which includes a maze, and in just over a minute he's by the sea. This is his view.

So where in the world is Gumbo? He'll let us all know on Tuesday.

Wells House appears to be at least 5 miles from the sea. Given the age of the house and plants, I'm still leaning toward Australia. We'll soon find out.
