Where in the World is TravelGumbo (#65)

WITW65

Gumbo was ridden out of town (or at least Western Canada) by PortMoresby and by Roderick Simpson, who recognized the rail bridge at Lethridge, Alberta. So Gumbo's taken himself to other places, and now finds himself contemplating the contrast of light and decor, of nature and invention, of the security of knowing where he is...but where is that? Indeed, Where in the World is TravelGumbo?

THE RULES

  1. Share your suggestions, hints and discussions with others by posting them here as comments...
  2. If you absolutely know where it is....please give others a couple of days to work on it before you pounce. If the answer is burning your fingers, e-mail it to suggestions@travelgumbo.com and we'll publish it Sunday night...right or wrong!
  3. To post here, you need to be  a member...but that's free and easy.  Just click HERE

So, exactly where is Gumbo today?  Please be as specific as possible.

The painted figures appear to me to be in the style of the Pre-Raphaelite movement, second half of the 19th century, England.  The movement also influenced the later Arts & Crafts movement up to the early 20th C.  So I'm guessing it isn't a very old building, maybe 100-150 years old (if I'm right about the decoration).

The (mostly) place names between the figures seem to be the English versions with just "America" mentioned, of the ones I can make out, in the western hemisphere.  So I suspect it isn't in the US.
