Where in the World is Gumbo? #44

WITW 44Gumbo continues his wandering.  Having caught the train in Spain, Gumbo has traveled some distance until he ultimately reached this city, where he decided to stay awhile.  He took an elevator ride up and was having an drink, relaxing and taking in this view.  This is what Gumbo sees.

Excellent!  Some nibbles at the puzzle.  And thus a few more clues.

 

The land is flat around this city.  It is a good place for growing things (though other regions in the same country are neither flat or good for agriculture), like the material used to produce the beverage Gumbo is enjoying.  And the city is not an ancient one.

It seems the puzzle is solved.  Ottoman recognized the view from the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.  But given his avatar photo, I would guess visiting it for Ottoman would be like an Elvis fan going to Graceland!
