WITW #21 was solved by TG's ace travel puzzle solver, PortMoresby. The discussion for WITW #21 will be posted on Tuesday.

I think we have time to squeeze in one more travel puzzle this week. We move from a man-made attraction to natural one.

If you hadn't said it was natural, I would have imagined it at night, with cartoon monsters and an even light glowing from within Skull Rock...

It is completely natural erosion causing the shapes in the rocks you see in the photos. Only fireflies, moon and starlight at night.....
