Over 200 paintings and other works from New York's Museum of Modern Art will be visiting Paris for five months, starting in October. Representing the history of MOMA's collection, they will be at the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
The exhibit highlights MOMA's 90th anniversary, and includes such works as Salvador Dali's 'Persistence of Memory,' Andy Warhol's Campbell Soup Cans and Picasso's 'Boy Leading a Horse' (above), as well as works by less well-known artists.
The Fondation's Frank Gehry-designed building earlier this year hosted a block-buster exhibition of works collected by Serge Schuchkin, one of the early collectors of many of the artists represented at MOMA.
