The Paradise Theater, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico

As business in the Rio Piedras neighborhood of San Juan declined, due to the development of malls, one of the casualties was the Paradise Theater.

After standing abandoned for many years, there has been a start to renovating the building. Today it operates as a theater for live performances, readings and other events.
