Skinflint that I am, I do not buy a lot in airports. It does seem that the offerings have improved in recent years. Where there used to be only a tiresome newsstand and a shop selling dry sandwiches, we now have thoughtfully stocked bookstores, much better food selections, and even bright hair salons. The prices are often not competitive. However, the possibilities of where to spend the money have improved.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
