When my wife and I were exploring parts of Montana last fall, we passed this interesting-looking abandoned building. It was the Silver City Saloon, sitting there by itself, looking rather neglected and lonely. It seemed like something you might see in an old western movie.
The saloon was located along Highway 279, north of and not far from Helena. It's in Lewis and Clark county. The building is clearly abandoned and gives the impression that it has been vacant for decades, although I'm sure it's not been nearly that long.
