The Old City of Amman is a kaleidoscope of sound, smells, colors and conversation. As I wandered and shopped during my recent trip to Jordan with Exodus Travels, I was greeted with “You are welcome,” and “Welcome to Jordan,” over and over again.

2-Jordan - day 1 - 2 4-Jordan day 2 - 2 Jordan is one of the friendliest and most welcoming countries I have visited during my years as a travel writer. From school children to senior citizens, I was greeted with smiles, kind words and courtesy.
