The construction barriers that surround Paris's Notre Dame cathedral these days are full of information on the Cathedral's history and construction and now reconstruction as the work of rebuilding takes place behind the wall.
But that's not all that's on the wall: It's also displaying tributes and impressions created by school children in Paris and nearby cities, with even a few contributions from farther out.
The designs started with a call from Michel Aupetit, Archbishop of Paris, six months after the April 2019 fire: "Draw me Notre Dame: the church you know or the church you imagine."
Over 6,000 entries turned up, and in June, 2020 the winning selections were reproduced and mounted on the walls.
