No prank, but here are the April Fool videos

WestJet, the Canadian discount airline known for its ambitions is also known for its annual April Fools' Day video, usually sending up some aspect of air travel.

This year's not only sends up airline promo videos but music festivals, social influencers, social attitudes and more...and even has cute pigs. Taking aim at the notorious scam Fyre Festival of a few years ago, here is Flyre Festival

Not to be outdone, Swoop, WestJet's ultra-low-cost offspring, has a video of its own, showing off a seat that charges 10c to recline for 30 minutes before returning you to the upright position. Or, you can drop more dimes into the slot and lie totally flat for 90c. Another dime after that puts you into lumbar stretch.

Or, the video advises us (in small print) we can pay to keep the passenger in front of us from doing it.

The best part of every trip is realizing that it has upset your expectations
