July 4, 2019: Cuban-American Antique, Holguin, Cuba

Have a guess at naming the Brand of this car seen in Holguin Cuba last month.

Often the original badges have long gone. Like the engines. Replaced by Hyundai van engines and drive trains. But still a joy to see on the road. Most are used as taxis to support their upkeep.

Probably a BelAir, and definitely a 1955...

The best part of every trip is realizing that it has upset your expectations

IMG_0871A Chevrolet Bel Air from the mid-50s? Looks very similar to this one, which I came across in a hotel lobby in Cayo Coco (Cuba).

Garry - Wow ! Yours even has a BelAir Badge !!
