At New York's Guggenheim Museum, there are a lot of ways to look at things, and that applies not only to the art on display. Frank Lloyd Wright's ground-breaking spiral design for the museum opens up many unusual views.

Whether you look across, up or down, there's always an intriguing geometric and human view.

And, of course, it also leads to an unusual emergency-instruction diagram because of the circular floor-plan, as seen on this plaque by the elevator.
