January 4, 2018: Is this a '52 Chevy ?

When I last saw this car in June it was a project getting restored. A pale blue colour with rusty wheels.

2 weeks ago it had beautiful blue paint with alloy wheels.

Not a true restoration but still a thing of beauty.

Spotted in Holguin, Cuba.
