The 21 C Museum and Hotel was started in 2006, in an effort to help rebuild downtown Louisville. It has become a go to place for contemporary art in Louisville and at 6 other locations across the southern United States.

You know you have arrived at 21 C when, while walking along Main Street in Louisville, you encounter a 30+ foot tall golden reproduction of Michelangelo's David by Serkan Ozkaya.
