Horses at Pasture, Montana

I've sometimes said that if I was a horse, I would want to be put to pasture in Montana or Idaho. Then I could enjoy the same fresh grass, sunshine and mountain views as these two buddies are.

I came across this duo while driving around Deer Lodge, Montana. I was interested in scouting out some of the old ranches around here and was pleased when I spotted these equines.

They seem to be living a low stress life.
