Got some time? Viking sets 8-month cruise

If you've got a bit of vacation saved up—make that a lot of vacation saved up—you might be interested in Viking Ocean Cruises' latest round-the-world offering: 245 days at sea, with stops at 113 ports in 59 countries.

But you'll need some money saved up, too: Fares start at $92,990 per person, including business-class airfare before and after. For those of us with less time or money, the trip can also be bought in halves, either London-Los Angeles or Los Angeles-London.

The trip is nearly twice as long as the line's previous world cruises; the company says it's the longest continuous world cruise itinerary ever. Of course, that's only if you don't count voyages like that of Magellan. Although, Magellan only made about half of that cruise...

The best part of every trip is realizing that it has upset your expectations

You need to get dressed before breakfast ? That would spoil the best part of the day when we all talk to each other - in our PJ's !

We did 2 months "Around the World" - Physical and Mental exhaustion.

Worse than the Marathon my wife and I did.
