Disney going gender-neutral

There's still Mickey and Minnie, and Donald and Daisy and Snow White and Prince Charming, but it's apparently the end of "Ladies and Gentlemen, Girls and Boys" when Disney welcomes guests to its attractions.

In recent posts and preview, the Disney empire appears to be opting for more inclusive greetings such as “Good evening, dreamers of all ages!"

Disney hasn't issued an official statement, but the new phrasing appeared in a preview for a new version of its Happily Ever After show. In recent years Disney has been redoing a number of its rides and other products to eliminate offensive depictions of indigenous people and racist roles for black characters.
