Christmas at the Davenport Hotel, Spokane

Every Holiday season at Spokane's historic Davenport Hotel there's a lovely display of decorations, especially of lavishly decorated Christmas trees. The event is known as "Christmas Tree Elegance" and is a favorite with residents of the city. Besides enjoying the beautiful decorations, people can buy tickets for a chance to win their favorite tree packages (besides getting the tree and its decorations, each tree include special items like trips, art, expensive watches, etc). Winners are picked by raffle.

This year, because of CoVid, there will be no tree display at the Davenport (because of social distancing issues), but these photos taken a few years back show what that exprience was like.:
