I tend not to like dioramas because while trying to be life-like, they often fall miserably short of their goal.
This one was an exception. The Welcome Gallery of the Manitoba Museum in Winnipeg features a life-like display of a Metis’ buffalo hunt on the prairies circa 1870 (when the province of Manitoba was founded).

While there is no sound, you can almost hear the thundering hooves and yells of the Metis’ in hot pursuit. The artist who created the diorama actually stood in front a herd of charging bison to gain the perspective of what the experience was like, which he successfully translated into this art.
