Bash Bish Falls, Massachsetts

Bash Bish Falls is that highest waterfall cascade in the state of Massachusetts. It falls a total of 200 feet, with a final drop of 59 feet broken by a v-shaped rock. It has been a tourist attraction for close to 200 years.

While the falls are in Massachusetts the easiest approach is from the Taconic State Park in Copake Falls, NY. This is a 0.75 mile walk on a developed, but rocky path. It is not a difficult hike, but there is a gain of over 250 feet over that distance.
