Hello Kitty is top draw for Taiwan-based EVA airline

Imagine a fleet of jetliners covered with Hello Kitty characters. Imagine interior fixtures with the same theme, and crew as well. Imagine a boutique at the airport and inflight with Hello Kitty-themed products. Imagine that Taiwan-based EVA airlines is doing this 19 times a day and adding more Kitty flights. All true, and amazingly profitable.

Airline officials say these flights fill quickly, and tickets sell at higher prices than on regular flights, and the demand goes on. The airline will soon add flights to Houston, and possibly Newark. From USA Today, MORE DETAILS and some pictures.
