The Tokyo metropolitan government has dreamed up a new way to draw visitors to Tokyo: give them a taste of the area’s cuisine first. They’ve partnered with over 40 restaurants in New York and Los Angeles for a “Hungry for Tokyo” campaign. The restaurants will serve Japanese-themed menus, and the campaign will publicize both the restauranrts and travel to Japan. More details, including a list of restaurants, HERE
