A dentist, hoping to fly from London for a short visit to the Spanish town of Granada (a 2 hr flight), ended up on a 9 hour flight to the Caribbean island of Grenada. He claims he made it clear to the booking agent that he wanted to go to Granada, Spain, and is suing British Airlines for the mistake.
