This guy was spotted at the Liverpool waterfront. Dressed in the 1920s Uniform of a local Policeman. With his Hi-Tech "Raleigh" bicycle of the time. With a front "Carbide" operated Lamp. Police whistle and the Helmet to protect his head. Of course this was just a break from filming. And the actor was pleased to be photographed in his historical finery.
