The fantastic skylight of Barcelona’s Palau de la Musica Catalana (Palace of Catalan Music) is a highlight of a building full of highlights. Built at the turn of the 20th century by “Barcelona’s Other Architect,” Lluis Domenech I Montaner, the Palau is still a premier concert hall for choral, pop, orchestral and even experimental music.
With or without a concert, it’s well worth a visit. For more information, take a look right here on TravelGumbo—a click HERE will take you to our blog on the architect and his work.
